He left a successful engineering career
to sit with families who were being let down.

Mohammad didn't build Sabah Moon Care from a boardroom. After years in corporate engineering, he walked away to become a support worker โ€” spending years in the field, inside homes, sitting with families from Arabic, Bengali, and Indian communities.

He saw participants paired with workers who couldn't speak their language. He saw complaints disappear into management layers too far from the people affected to care. He decided to build the opposite โ€” a provider led by someone who has actually done the work.
