Director & Founder
Mohammad โ Sabah Moon CareActive since Oct 2024
He left a successful engineering career to sit with families who were being let down.
Mohammad (Shuvo) founded Sabah Moon Care after years as a support worker. He leads from the field, not the office.
He watched what happened when a participant was paired with a worker who couldn't speak their language. He saw young women with disabilities assigned male workers because female staff weren't available. He saw complaints disappear into management layers that were too far from the people affected to care.
He decided to build the opposite. A disability support provider led by someone who has actually done the work. A company where the director is reachable by phone. Where cultural match is not a nice-to-have but a standard. Where female workers are available for female participants โ every time, not occasionally.
To make NDIS support easier to access for underserved participants, turning funding into confidence, connection, and real progress.
To provide culturally sensitive, director-led care that helps participants and families find the right support without confusion.
To support youth transitions, women, children, and families with practical, trusted care that builds independence and safety.
Because funding means little without the right support, our purpose is to help participants access care that feels clear, personal, and empowering.
"I know what it feels like to sit with a family who's been let down. That's why I'll never let that happen under my company's name."

Qualified, checked, and compliant
Our values aren't a slogan.
They're how we operate.
What large disability support providers get wrong โ and how we get it right.
The NDIS sector is full of providers who started as businesses first. SMC started as a mission. That difference shows in everything we do โ from how we match workers to how the director responds when something goes wrong.
